Changed your mind? Within 14 days of delivery, send your items back for a full refund, store credit or an exchange—your choice. We’ll also refund the standard shipping fee.

• Returns must arrive unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached, in their original packaging.
• Intimates (panties, swim bottoms) need the hygiene seal intact to qualify for return. Once opened, they can’t be returned.
• Return shipping costs are on you, unless we agree otherwise.
• If something’s faulty or not as described, you’re always entitled to a replacement or full refund.
